In accordance to let capman_da & ibmvm_rest collect maximum amount of configuration data:

It is for

Managed Hosts

           Number_of_CPU_Cores  Total_Memory    hardware_family (<-not working for me or I don't know how to enable)  power_state

LPARs:

   Physical_Host Partition_Name Partition_Type partition_mode Maximum_Virtual_CPUs Minimum_Virtual_CPUs Maximum_Memory Minimum_Memory Minimum_Capacity Maximum_Capacity power_state Active_Virtual_CPUs Online_Memory

 

you need to enable appropriate monitors at  ibmvm_rest via Infrastructure Manager GUI. Insert attached template into ibmvm_rest.cfg section <template>, restart probe and apply by drag&drop included monitors to Auto Cofigurations under each HMC.

You don't need to enable QOS or alarms. Monitor need be just enabled.
