Customer configured a "Global Policy" based on Workflow for events, I assigned the "SingleStepApproval" workflow process to the "CreateUserEvent" event and when I create a user in the Provisioning Manager, the workflow does not execute and directly creates the user. The user is also created in the user console. What would be the cause of the non-execution of the workflow?
Answer:
For the Provisioning Create User task (as well as the other Provisioning inbound tasks) the Workflow is disabled by default (the "Enable Workflow" checkbox in the task Profile tab). Once you enable it in the task, the Global Workflow policy works and the Workflow job is triggered to the inbound task.
