Problem:
Customer configured a Lotus Domino endpoint. When they try to create a Domino account, they get the follow error message:

Resolution:
This error could be the result of mismatch between server name in IM / PS vs server name in Notes. Please make sure the server name definition in IM/PS as well as client home server path, is the same as set in Notes. Also, this error may be caused by what is in the REG_Server variable located in the notes.ini file.
Problem was fixed by changing the Home Server attribute in the Account Template.
