How to locate a site ID for your account.

Introduction

The steps below will be available to follow if you are registered as an Enterprise user. Enterprise access allows users to manage cases, access premium content, download products and much more. If you are a basic user you will need to upgrade your basic user account to an enterprise support account. Once you have successfully become an Enterprise user you will be able to follow the steps below to view your account site ID's.

 

Instruction / Steps

1. Log in to support.ca.com

2. Select " My Account"

3. Select "Profile"

 

4.Select the "CA Support" tab

5. Select "Edit"

 

6.Under Support Access Information click on the first drop down that has the site Id and the name of the company.  You will see a list of Site ID’s appear.

 

 

Note: if you get to this step and see the below, you will need to upgrade to an enterprise user. Upgrade to Enterprise user

7.Alternatively, you can view site ID’s by going to: 

-Request additional access and selecting “ Get Access Now”.

 

8. Select the " Admin Access " tab and you will see the Site Id's listed.

Note: This will not show the project Id’s a user is associated to.
