The scope of the DevTest support team is to address product defects, suspected defects and general advice.
However, we are unable to provide demonstration of product functionality, customizations for functionality, for modified virtual services or recommendations for specific configurations as these are highly dependent on factors such as workload, shared resources and so forth, in addition to machine specification and execution environment.
We would recommend that you contact CA Professional Services via your CA Account Manager in order to obtain assistance in this instance or you may post a question on this Communities site.
