Users can search solutions with one additional click as described below. A real lookup of an exact, single solution is in the works right now and planned to be available soon, this functionality will be made visible on the Download Management page.
a) Enter the solution# into the google search field on the support home page:
b) The search may not yet find the solution itself, hence a new Solution search link was made available.
c) A click on “here” returns the search results which will include the actual solution, probably not always as the 1st search result though.
d) This links to the solution details which every user can see. Logged in and entitled users can also download the solution.
