TECH TIP : CDM probe Memory Metrics for Solaris is negative

SYMPTOM

cdm probe on Solaris returns negative value for Memory Metrics

 

STEPS TO FIX

1. Install cdm 6.20

2. Change the below key.

<setup>/mem_buffer_used = yes (default : no)

 

Note. Buffers and Cached memory will be considered with mem_buffer_used=yes.
