The fact questions are getting answered in the community much faster these days is not by accident. There are more people participating in community than ever before and that's a very good thing! Yet, this is something us Community Managers always seek to continuously improve as new folks join the community every single day.
Today, I am rolling out something new on this community, it's called: "Ask a Question, Get an Answer" and this is already in place in the community. The goal of this is twofold: (1) to recognize those that are contributing to the community in a helpful way (ex., answering questions, writing a tech tip) and also to give new folks a chance to jump in and participate.
It's great that we have such a vibrant community. The goal of the community is to respond to every members concern or question so that no one goes away "empty handed". In time, I hope to see some new names and faces jumping in and then there are always the regular folks that we know we can always count on.
