Solutions Not Found for the given inputs

Error / Problem

CA Support Online (CSO) user not able to search for any Solutions from Download Management and the message "Solutions Not Found for the given inputs" displayed:

 

Cause of Error / Problem

This error occasionally happened to users with multiple Site IDs associated with their CSO accounts where the default Site ID contains no active maintenance contracts.

 

Example:

1234xx - Default Site ID with inactive (expired) maintenance contracts

2345xx - Additional Site ID with active maintenance contracts

 

Resolution

CA Internal User Story has been created to address this problem from system perspective by the CSO Development Team.

Interim resolution - please contact with Customer Care Team to manually address this problem from user profile perspective.
