Tech Tip : CA Single Sign-On : Customer User Stores are not available while configuring OpenID Authorization Provider

Jun 11, 2018 02:47 AM

Question:

We are configuring OpenID Authorization Provider on 12.7 PS and the list of the available User Stores does not include the custom User Stores.

Is this expected behavior or is this a bug?

Environment:

SSO 12.7
SSO 12.8

Answer:

This behavior is expected as custom user stores are not supported with OpenID Authorization Provider.

Note: Custom directories are not supported.
