Issue:

Below error is reported in policy server trace when running XPSDDInstall SmMaster.dll after configuring Oracle 12c as Policy Store on Siteminder 12.7 Policy Server.

How can we resolve this error?

Environment:

SiteMinder 12.7 using Oracle 12c Database as Policy store

Cause
We have created the DSN manually(This manual DSN was having the wrong password and locking the account - we had to delete it)

Resolution:

We configured the CA Siteminder Policy Server Configuration Wizard to configure the Policy Store and it ran successfully
