The CA Application Delivery Analysis team is pleased to announce the General Availability of CA Application Delivery Analysis (ADA) 11.1 and CA Virtual Multi-Port Monitor (VMTP) 11.1 release.
This release further strengthens our Network Operations and Analytics portfolio and provides differentiated capabilities to compete in the market by leveraging AIOps driven analytics solution.
Some of the key capabilities of the product include:
- Advanced analytics and in-context data correlation with CA Digital Operational Intelligence
- ML/AI based root cause and predictive IT
- Alarm analytics to reduce alarm fatigue and do root cause
- Performance analytics to build easy to use correlated charts
- Self Service dashboards for the OOB reporting and provide modern look and feel.
- Open APIs support for data export
- New recommendation for hardware (including NIC card) for CA VMTP
- New hardware includes better server hardware and latest Napatech models for improved line rate data capture and other benefits.
- With this release, we have moved away from selling MTP hardware appliance (from CA) and focusing on providing world class software.
- Customers should migrate to using new hardware to make use of the latest hardware and software offerings.
- VMTP 11.1 does support existing customers who are using the old MTP appliance (and are in warranty).

- Multi-tenancy for managed service providers to enable secure customer visibility and network segmentation
- ADA/VMTP works in a multi-tenant model in conjunction with CA Performance Center for a given tenant and user.
- Upgrade to Newer OS platform support
- Microsoft Windows Server 2016 for ADA Master Console
- CentOS 7.3 for VMTP
- Support for Cisco ACI monitoring
- We have partnered with Ixia (a Keysight business) to capture the Cisco ACI packet data using Ixia Network Packet Broker device
and feed to CA ADA for data processing and reporting. And now open to doing customer POCs and validations.
- Cross-product Integrations with CA Performance Management 3.6, CA Digital Operational Intelligence 1.2.3 and CA Application Performance Management 10.7 SP2 for end to end unified view.
