Tech Tip : CA Single Sign-On : How Can I Display Custom HTTP Content in FCC File?

Oct 09, 2018 04:13 AM

Question

We want to display the content of a custom HTTP header in an FCC file after an OnAccessReject (global) policy.

The header is set by a global Response Webagent-HTTP-header variable and adding the new header to the FCC namespace using @smheaders directive doesn't work.

How can we get this to work?

Environment

SSO 12.52.x

Answer

Your query would not work because OnAccessReject, the user is redirected to another page. Even though it is a 302 redirect to the login.fcc, the headers will not be available as this would be a new request.
