from Steven Sosnowski to all panelists:
where are WATS meetings held?

from Luu Le to all attendees:
@Donald - your question: Please explain acronyms.  i.e. WSAUG ?  WATS ?  WSAUG = Wall Street autosys usergroup WATS=workload automation technical summit

from Donald Whaley to host (privately):
@Don.  Thanks

from Michael Woods to all participants:
@Steven - WATS is sponsored by one of our partners in the UK, Workload Automation Technical Summit

from Steven Sosnowski to all panelists:
question to WCC add external application… is there a way around “This content cannot be displayed in a frame” other than working with external web application authors to set different X-Frame-Options?  We recently upgraded to SP7 and thought I heard something at last year’s CA World to SP7 addressing this issue?

from Michael Woods to all participants:
@Noe - In the configuration file there is a polling setting for how often teh agents are contacted.

from Michael Woods to all participants:
@Noe - AgentStatusPollInterval=value

from Michael Woods to all participants:
@Noe - it was introduced in SP7 and was done so the agent inventory has a current status on agents and to alert you sooner when agents go away unexpectedly instead of waiting until a job is submitted to that agent

from Noe Parenteau to all panelists:

sorry - repeating for the group: did this change from SP5 ? do we have to inspect this for future upgrades

from Noe Parenteau to all panelists:
nice - how can we learn more about Agent Inventory and how to control/use it?

from Luu Le to all participants:
@Peter - Thank you for joining us today, do you have any questions for us today?

from Michael Woods to all participants:
@Steven - have you seen this link from docops: https://docops.ca.com/ca-workload-automation-ae/11-4-2/en/ca-wcc-help-systems/ca-wcc-dashboard/manage-external-applications

from Nick Halsey to all panelists:
@Mike any update on when the next WCC demo will be?

from Michael Woods to all participants:
@Nick - I believe it will be in a couple of weeks, but would need to confirm

from Nick Halsey to all panelists:
@Mike interested in the new design for Dashboard and Monitoring tabs ...

from Nick Halsey to all panelists:
@Mike ok thanks

from Steven Sosnowski to all panelists:
thanks Mike, will review

from Noe Parenteau to all panelists:
Can the default for autotrack command be set to “–v” ?

from Nick Halsey to all panelists:
Any update on the System Agent not shutting down due to low disk space (C: drive on Windows and /opt on Unix), and instead go into a hibernate state until adequate disk space is available?

from Noe Parenteau to all panelists:
ALARM = DB_PROBLEM comes out when we run DBMAINT can that alrm be suppressed ?

from Noe Parenteau to all panelists:
are my questions getting thru ?

from Luu Le to all participants:
@Noe - Yes your question are going through Joe and Michael are verifying the info to your question

from Joe Neumann to all participants:

@Noe - The "-v" argument needs to be set. You can create a wrapper for the command that sets the argument as a workaround.

from Noe Parenteau to all panelists:

OK< was not sure as this WEBEX seems different to me - sorry

from Michael Woods to all participants:
@Nick - I have not heard anything on that recently.  I would need to check with the Agent team on it

from Noe Parenteau to all panelists:
done that - more for people who do not use it much

from Nick Halsey to all panelists:
@Mike could you check this to see if anything is planned for r12 ?

from Noe Parenteau to all panelists:
Autotrack showing GV in place of job name

from Michael Woods to all participants:
@Noe - there is a new Event Management that came with SP7.  Is that what you are referring to?

from Joe Neumann to all participants:
@Nick - There are no plans to change the Agent shutdown behavior with low space. I would recommend an ideation to get that option in the queue for future features.

from Noe Parenteau to all panelists:
yes , as we just installed SP7, but I think we did not install EM

from Michael Woods to all participants:
@Noe - there was a web cast on that recently and we will get the link in a moment

from Luu Le to all participants:
@Noe - The link to the playback on the Event Management webcast is here:  https://www.ca.com/us/company/events/webcasts/automation.html?commid=331010

from Noe Parenteau to all panelists:
any way we can see the questions asked by others - as there are so few people on today

from Steven Sosnowski to all panelists:

from Noe Parenteau to all panelists:
if in PROD with SP7 - what kind of response would we get for PROD related issues ?

from Joe Neumann to all participants:
@Noe - I would recommend first testing with the latest Cum1 Patch Set in DEV. It has some good performance improvements, (as well as other things).

from Noe Parenteau to all panelists:
yes we are at leavel level (CUM1 PATCH)

from Joe Neumann to all participants:
@Noe - Then I would say you are ready to plan migrating to the other instances.
