Tech Tip: Duplicate zombie processes for controller and hub on Windows

Issue:
We are encountering zombie processes of controller.exe and hub.exe on some of our windows servers. The zombie process is impossible to kill and requires a reboot of the server to disappear.
Environment:
UIM 8.x
Cause:
This problem can be caused by Microsoft Update KB4338823
Resolution:
This problem is been observed after the deployment of Microsoft Update KB4338823 and is corrected with KB4345459
