Tech Tip: A KB to Track End of Service Dates for the CA API Management Product Suite

Hello Community viewers,

 

This week, I wanted to highlight an increasingly important KB article that CA Support manages with the assistance and direction of Product Management. This Knowledge Base ("KB") article is used to track what we call the "End of Service" dates for the CA API Management product suite.

 

As development increases with efficiency and shortened timelines, and with the ever-increasing demand on new features to stay current with the latest technologies, it is important to always stay up-to-date on versions of products such as the CA API Gateway.

 

Customers will generally receive 12 months notice (or more) before any changes will happen to the support of the affected major version of the product. In short, there is a lot of time provided to update to the newer versions. If your update practices or timelines for your business take a long time, you'll have even more reason to closely pay attention to any EOS notices being sent out by email to customers and can always use this KB article to reference it at any time as well.
