This is an important message regarding your CA Automic License keys renewal.

At this time of year, many customer have license key that expire.  The expiry date of your license keys may be approaching, and you will not automatically receive renewal keys unless you request them.

It is important to check the expiry date of your license keys and if required, request new license keys, to ensure uninterrupted usage of CA Automic software.

Please select from the following to request your license keys:

• Submit a request online through the generic web form at Customer Care Web Form.  Please see Automic Licensing Request Process Communities link provided.
• Log into Customer Portal account (support.ca.com) and open case under case management.
• Request by Phone (North America only): 1.800.225.5224
• All other countries: http://www.ca.com/us/support/customer-assistance.aspx  

Please ensure that you request the renewal of license keys before the expiring date.
