Service testing (DNS, HTTP, DHCP, FTP, etc) can be enabled in Spectrum. Cisco devices and SystemEDGE agents can be devices the tests are performed from.
For a SystemEDGE device to perform tests you must install the eHealth Service Availability (Service Response) agent on the SystemEDGE device along with the regular SystemEDGE agent.
To install the Service Availability agent you also need to install the SystemEDGE JRE 5.0 for SystemEDGE 4.3 on the client host.
