This instructional video provides an end to end example of how to install and configure Support Automation within a CA Service Desk Manager environment. You will see the initial install steps, as well as receive detailed information on the various configuration settings. Once the product is installed we also provide information on any additional configuration changes needed to allow Support Automation to function in the environment.
