We learned how to identify key operations, automate them, and turn these automations into powerful building blocks for managing infrastructure and deploying applications. This new operations model will be essential in supporting the expected tens of billions of new devices that will make up the Internet of Things -- sensors, relays, and hardware agents that will monitor and enable the next phase of our connected world.
