2018 Annual SUGE Conference - Day 1

When:  May 16, 2018 from 08:00 AM to 01:00 PM (ET)

The Southeastern User Group for the Enterprise (SUGE) User Community is a highly active group that meets once a year for a three day technical conference in the spring, and quarterly virtually via WEBEX. Our group encompasses 7 of the Southeastern United States which includes Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, North Carolina and South Carolina which has been going strong since 1991. Our membership is proud to include many experienced Endevor and Harvest Administrators and users with a common interest of CA’s Application Life Cycle Management suite of products for mainframe and distributed platforms.

  • CA Software Change Manager Enterprise Workbench
  • CA Endevor
  • CA SCM for Distributed (a.k.a. - Harvest) The community focuses on product capabilities, “Best Practices”, customized processes and the integration of other products supporting the application lifecycle which may include:
  •
  • ITIL – Information Technology Infrastructure Library; Best practices discipline giving guidance on the provision of quality IT services
  • ISO – International Organization for Standards
  • CMMI – Capability Maturity Model® Integration; is a process improvement approach that provides organizations with the essential elements of effective processes
  • Six - Sigma; simply means a measure of quality that strives for near perfection. Six-Sigma is a disciplined, data-driven approach and methodology for eliminating defects in any process.
  • General support around code promotion provisioning and product integration
  • I look forward to your participation, and if I can help in any way please let me know, below is my contact information.

  • Our membership is open to all CA customers and partners that are interested in Change Management solutions. With today's networking technologies, we are able to assist each other in overcoming our Application Life Cycle challenges regardless of location. Plus the greater and more widespread our membership, the more knowledge transfer and networking opportunities there are to share the knowledge across the information highway. There is no cost associated with the membership for SUGE, but there is a tremendous opportunity for benefit, and the value you receive is “Priceless”! Please consider joining and participating in sharing the knowledge by submitting a presentation or a suggested topic for an upcoming meeting. The SUGE community members welcome you and your colleagues with a promise to help you get the maximum benefit from your Life Cycle Management solutions without having to reinvent the wheel all over again.

Sincerely,
