RE: CA Process Automation Sample Processes for CA Service Desk Manager

    SDM and PAM (especially) have change since these were published.  The PAM UI is completely different. CA should update the 'Deploying the CA SDM pre-built CA Process Automation workflows' (dead link) document so customer can get leverage these best practices processes.
