Call Back Reminder Pop up/Email to Assigned Analyst

    I am looking to add the functionality to allow for the Analyst to add a call back reminder. The should allow them to set a time reminding them to reach out to the user some time in future if they are , say on vacation...or if the ticket will take x number of days to resolve. Once the timer is added it should either send a message to the analyst or popup on their screen to remind them of that up coming call back event.
