Expired password in SDM redirects to defined URL instead of EEM functionality

    Answers from customer HSBC:

    a. What business problem will be solved by adding this new feature? HSBC
       does not use EEM for user login, therefore our user community will not
       know what to do with a redirect to the EEM login page. EEM is configured
       to only be a pass through to what HSBC uses for authentication, that being
       Microsoft Active Directory. We also in turn use a Password Reset Manager
       another Microsoft utility that resets locked accounts based on security
       questions. Keep in mind of the 300K+ users who work for HSBC only a subset
       of them use the Service Desk application and of those NONE of those users
       have ever seen the EEM logon page.

      b. Describe the importance and urgency level. Since this is a unique
       scenario (only users who are locked out of Active Directory) will see this
       re-direct the importance is low for HSBC.

      c. Describe the Enhancement Request in Detail. We should be able to define
       the URL to use when a user is locked out, for that matter we should be
       able to redirect to a defined URL for any redirects due to logon issues
       that CA will redirect to another URL.

      d. Describe how you envision this new feature being implemented. I would
       expect it to be a definition in Options Manager.

      e. Are you willing to formally beta test this new functionality? Yes
