KD with attachment sent via EMAIL option --requires receiver to login to CASD

    We've noticed that when viewng a document and utilizng the EMAIL (Page Option)  -- any attachment that might be on the KD (attachments tab)  ..... when now sent via email... is not really attached to that email.... instead it is presented as a link into CASD.  This is problematic to us because the receiver of this email does not always have logon access to CASD.   So, if the receiver cannot login to CASD, they cannot see the attachment.    Many times the attachment is a very important part of the KD.      Not all our clients have access to CASD...
      Our suggestion is to for CASD to send this attachment directly.
