Can we have ServiceDesk integrated with Skype? Basically, we need to make a chat or find availability on IM similar to features provided by sharepoint.

Our CA SDM application currently supports two of the largest agencies within the State of Oregon. As an enterprise we utilize Skype for Business as a primary means of communication. It is a default application installed onto every environment that we interact with. While we find the idea of 'Chat Support' appealing. Teaching our user base to use a new system of chat based support is problematic. Ways to integrate Skype directly into the CA Support Automation system to allow for Skype chat based support would be ideal.
I add my positive vote towards further interest in Skype integration.
