Status update and comments 12.6

    When you use commands from the activity menu on a ticket like "Update Status" or "Transfer", if you don't put anything in user description then the comment in the ticket log says exactly what you did like "Status changed from 'In Progress' to 'Open'". If you enter anything in the user description, the comment in the ticket log is only what's put into the user description. You don't get any info about the status change. Seems like you should get both...what the status change is and what the user put into the user description field.
