Search the Knowledge Table Documents without logging into CASD

    We want our employee's to search our CA Service Desk Knowledge Repository directly from a search field "box" from our company's Intranet Home Page. This will drive our end users to easily access our knowledge base w/o having to access the CA Service Desk Self Service splash page.
    The impact is that end users are not using the CA Service Desk Knowledge and instead making more calls to our Helpdesk. The fewer calls to our Helpdesk, the better the Average Speed of Answer will be, and the more
    opportunities our Helpdesk will have to work on other miscellaneous projects for other teams.
