update status 'same status' log

    Client is requesting that when they go to activities->update status in a ticket, and they keep the status opened, but keep the same status, a log comment be added. They want to be able to save "hold type" this way. That is a custom field.


    THis request is for 12.6 as in 12.7 this is already happening.
