Need a Chime on SA Session

    Similar to a request created by tzedell on Aug 3, 2013, we would like an audio alert sounded when a customer makes the request for a live chat session in Support Automation. This will alert the HelpDesk technician that a user has been added to the queue.

    This would help us prevent the HelpDesk technician from not noticing that an employee is requesting a Live Chat session, in case the technician is on a call working on another ticket or away from his desk, improving customer service.
