    a) What business problem will be solved by adding this new feature?
    Analysts always have to pick between Incident, Problem, Request, Change Order, or Issue when searching for a ticket. It would be quicker if a single search would return results from the call_req, chg, and issue tables.

    This is of low urgency. It   s annoying to the user.

    c) Describe the Enhancement Request in Detail.
    It would be quicker if a single search would return results from the call_req, chg, and issue tables. A single indexed search option would be faster for our users.

    d) Describe how you envision this new feature being implemented.
    This would be a patch.
