This is a restoration of a feature that was available in SDM r12.5. It's more convenient than the new method.

This is convenience that was removed since r12.5. It's neither important nor urgent per se but it's a step backwards in ease of use.
c. Describe the Enhancement Request in Detail.
When creating a Change Order in SDM r12.5 the user is able to add a Configuration Item to the CO ticket before saving the ticket for the first time. Would like to able to do that again.
d. Describe how you envision this new feature being implemented.
It could be implemented by a patch.
e. Are you willing to formally beta test this new functionality?
