Notifications for recent ticket creations in Quick Profile

    In Quick Profile our Help Desk would like an additional search query link that shows all tickets opened for a Contact within the previous business day. When users call in to the Help Desk they don't always mention if they have called in before or have spoken to another analyst.


    This would be an additional search query on profile_menu.htmpl.
