Whenever a file is attached to Service Desk, have the activity log disciminate the filename being uploaded, as well as other activities such as when the attachment is deleted.
It would be good if the activity log had the link, when something was attached.
you must already be able to add the attmnt object to te audit log to accomplish SOX compliance

The correction for this problem has been provided in the cumulative published patches for Service Desk r12.7 and r12.9. Detail of the fix is available at CA Support Portal: ATTACHMENT NAME MISSING IN ACTIVITY LOG . The fix is also available out of the box in CA Service Management 14.1 release onward.
