Information mapping from ticket types as they are escalated (ie incidetn to problem)

    Currently, when escalating a ticket from Incident to Problem or Request to Incident, etc… there are certain fields that do not map to the escalated area.  Incident area doesn’t map to Problem area.  Attachments do not flow from one module to another.  We are also going to run into audit problems as request number does not populate to the change ticket when creating a request from change.
