send only failure message in case of tickets created/updated via email

    In the current scenario, when the ticket is created/updated via email, if we configure the reply message, it will send reply in both cases success and failure and if we do not configure the reply message, it wont send messages.
    There should be the option of sending the reply only in case of a failure and not in case of success.
