RE: Suppress simultenious logins - CA SDM

    There should be a way we can suppress user to login to CA service desk manager tool if user has already one active session.
    if i login to CA SDM web interface, i can open another browser and login with my same credentials which creates one more session
    If i login to CA SDM on one system, I can go to a different system and login there with same credentials which will again allow me to login & creates one more session. I'm looking for an option to supress these scenarios. One user should login to CA SDM web interface only with one session. For the second attempt, it should throw error saying there is an acitve session already & ask user to logoff the exising session. This is required to improve the secuirty....
