Status Transition Rules within Service Contract

    We currently use Service Contract to define customer-specific SLAs & priority code-sla mappings. However, it would be useful to be able to define status transition rules that are specific to a customer.

     

    This could be stored as part of the Service Contract definition, and applied to any Issue where the affected end user belongs to that particular Service Contract's associated organisation.
