Auto refresh option for viewing queues/lists

    The refresh button is nice to have for refreshing the tickets in a queue, but what would really be nice is an auto refresh feature.  Either the analyst could have the option to enable/disable the auto refresh on the fly via a button at the top of the form or the admin could have a global option to enable or disable it and set an auto refresh timer (60 seconds, 120 seconds, etc.).  Either way, auto refresh would be nice and would allow the folks to work the queue and not have to constantly hit that refresh button to determine if new tickets have arrived in their queue.
