Manual Notify

    Put senders email address in manual notify sent from service desk so replies go back to sender.  When you send a 'Manual Notify/ from a Service Desk ticket we would like the user's email address in there instead of the Service Desk address. The feature is nice because theres a record in the ticket but in the event a person replies it goes to the ticket and we don't know they actually replied unless we happen to look at the ticket. Also if you forget to add your name they would know who it was from.
