Tickets view from Employee interface in new windows/tabs

    Not planned

    Current Employee interface doesn't allow us right click on a ticket and view in a new window/Tab.


    Due to this, employees are not having option to view multiple tickets at one time. They always view one ticket , click on "Home" to come to main screena and then view next ticket.


    It is very useful and efficient to have an option to view in new window / Tab same like Analyst view.
