Notifications generated by log comments

    It would be very much appreciated if it was possible to filter notifications initiated by log comments.

     

    For example:
    Two log comments are generated by an email sent o the Service Desk. One containing The Information in the email, the other one containing: "Updated via EMAIL interface."
    The second one should not generate a separate notification to the group/assignee, but the first one should.
