What Tickets are returned for a Contact using Quick Profile

    When our Help Desk is using Quick Profile and looking at past tickets for the Contact the search queries only show tickets for which the Contact is the Affected End User. We would like the search queries to show tickets for which the Contact is the Affected End User or the Requester.

     

    The search queries are those used by profile_menu.htmpl.
