Unicenter Service Desk - Previous Call ticket on Call Log Page

    In USD, We would like to have the option on Epmloyee page wherein whenever user will log a call then on call log page user should an option to select his previous call tickets irrespective of the status of the ticket.
    On the call log, there will a dropdown field which will populate the list of lat 30 days ticket and beside this field there will a field which will populate description of the selected ticket.
    This will help users to give refernce of old ticket relevent to the same OR similar issue.
