Currently, there are two limitations in CA OPen space which we cannot convince users to move from SDM self service to CA Open Space:
1. Cannot create both incident and service request in CA Open Space. The current SDM self service interface, we can create both incident and service request.
2. Select priority. The current SDM self service, we can select priority when creating incidents.
item 1 is very critical. Item 2, we can follow the current standard comes with CA open Space wherby we can set default priority.
