SDM has columns like cr.assignee_prev, cr.group_prev and other *._prev. Very useful fields, with them we can return incidents back to previous assignee. Ofted need to do that when incident is on the edge between 2 departments.
But these fields exist only in objects engine and they are cleared when you restart server. It`s a real problem. If transfer was completed before lasr restart, All this functionality is absolotely useless, because we have no data. So custom button "Return back" can work , or not work. Randomly from the analyst`s point of view.
If _prev fields will exist in DB, it will always work as planned.
