Activity log searchability

    The ability to search tickets' activity logs as we currently can do with summary and description fields would be very valuable for analysts and anyone who needs to examine ticket history in-depth.

    I was able to implement this capability in house both via the ticket search screens and as a go resource since r12, so I am surprised this is still not available out of the box as of 12.7, and see no reference to this option in 12.9 bookshelf either.
