Delegated ticket handling

    Would like enhanced ticket security to have the ability to allow (or deny) anyone outside your team/group the ability to edit, re-assign, close (or even read(?)) tickets assigned to your group. (This allows cross-team coordination and ticket management for those teams that desire it, and allow for ticket content privacy where needed).

    The control of delegated ticket handling should be via the SDM user interface.
