Seperation of Ticket Activity types

    Would like the ticket activity tab (Logs --> Activity) to be seperated out with an Analyst Activities tab (certain activity types) and System Activities tab (System events etc). This would make it easier and quicker to see analyst activity. Ideally the above seperation would also be able to be configured via an administrator interface.
