It be interesting if we could update the availability of one contact for just one group. Today, we have only the available option in all groups that the contact participate.
I agree. This would make it much easier to administer Auto-Assignment when you have staff who only fill in to certain Groups on-demand or on some schedule worked out between departments.
It seems the logic should be that if the Availability flag on the Contact record is No; then they are not available for any Group (allows one place to handle away time per person). However, if the flag on the Contact record is Yes, then check the flag on the Group Members and use that value.
